Building spaces where people belong.

I believe the greatest thing you can do for someone is make them feel like they belong — and that from that sense of belonging, people find the courage to pursue their dreams.

Connection isn't a nice-to-have. It's the foundation of everything.
Helping people go after their dreams This is what matters most. I want people to believe in what they're building and actually pursue it.
Building connections that matter The kind that make people feel less alone, more alive, more themselves.
Creating genuinely inclusive environments Not just open doors — spaces where people are actively welcomed into the fold.
Modeling inclusion The communities I build should teach people how to welcome others, not just how to join.

Personal Brand & Community

Thought leadership, cohort programs, and the Phan Club — a membership community for entrepreneurs building businesses and lives on their own terms. This is where teaching, content, and connection all live together.

Sports & Recreation

Adult dodgeball leagues, tournaments, open gyms, and youth programs in the Twin Cities. Built from the ground up on the belief that adults still deserve to play — and that sport is one of the fastest ways to build real community. 200+ players and growing.

Experiences & Events

Social adventures, events, and experiences for adults who believe adulthood should still be fun. The vision: a home for people who want to connect through play, exploration, and shared joy. Coming back soon.

I'm Anh — born in Saigon, raised in Massachusetts, now building in Minnesota. Growing up as the kid of Vietnamese immigrants, I learned early that belonging isn't something that just happens. It's something you build, intentionally, for the people who don't already have it.

I'm a queer entrepreneur running multiple businesses alongside a full-time day job. Everything I build starts with the same question: does this make people feel like they belong?

My dream is for people to say, "That's where I found my people" — and then go build their own.
